Philosophy

Influenced by Silver to Gold and modeled after Carrie Judd Montgomery’s healing home, Home of Peace, we believe the Destiny House community is a significant tribe in whom God's presence is cultivated and where people find love, healing, and destiny in the midst of deep relationships with the family of God.

DESTINY

The word “Destiny” comes from the Latin word “destinare” which means “to make firm, establish.” Destination comes from this word as does Destine which means “to intend or choose someone for a particular purpose or end.” While our truest destiny lies in knowing Jesus, there is something significant about becoming all who we are created to become and also reaching the destinations and fulfilling the purposes God has already set before us (Ephesians 2:10).

Too many Christians have yet to reach their destinations and their God-given destinies because the enemy has sought to kill, steal, and destroy them; they have been sidelined before they could reach their fullest destinies. But Jesus came that they might have life and that more abundantly, that they might know Him intimately and also fulfill all His greatest purposes for their lives (John 10:10). This is what we contend for.

I pray the Destiny House is full of God’s radiant love and that many saints will enter into the glorious destiny Papa has for them!
